Due to the perishable nature of our premium beef products, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package to ensure the beef is still chilled or frozen and the vacuum seals are intact.

    Document Issues

    If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.

    Contact Customer Care

    Email our support team with your order number and the gathered documentation to initiate a claim regarding your perishable shipment.

    Resolution Process

    Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
